About Teresa:

Having taught in both the elementary and middle school levels, public and private, I have had the opportunity to work with children of varying stages of ability and maturity. This has also given me hard earned training in hands-on classroom management, curriculum development and participation in mentoring programs. Working with diverse groups of children has been rewarding and I created positive change in many of my students’ academic and personal lives.

At both levels of education, I strive to achieve daily goals, to plan activities that enhance the students’ academic curriculum and to instill a love of learning. In today’s age of technology, I have used the students’ interests by incorporating videos and computer projects to enhance their academic performance.
